A few more plants in my backyard
Hi everyone! Firstly I would to thank you all for your concern regarding my fall.
Well how did it happen. It happened so quick and simple ,we had just come out Donna's Back door and was walking to the car to go on yet another trip to the strawberry farm.SeeGwens Den for pics.My foot went in a small hole the dog had dug and down I went. no damage done just a shock to the system and a couple of bruises .

I did not know about your fall. I am glad to hear you are okay.
Pet humour was funny.
Thank you so much for the visit to your yard. The Pink Crepe Myrtle is beautiful! I have never seen anything like it. I liked the Jessica rose bush in bloom as well!
It is very nice to see your yard because all I see when I look outside is a blanket of white. The
beautiful plants is a sight for sore eyes. Thank you for sharing your warm world with those of us in the deep freeze.
I hope Clayton is well. Give him a scratch on the belly from me.
Have a wonderful day!

Cazz
Just visited Gwens Den, so I'm not so concerned now. Lay off the doubles or was it the daiquiri that took ya down!!!

What beautiful photos from your garden! thanks so much for your visit from Hootin Annis....Please come back soon!
What has your water got in it that makes your garden so beautiful?! Lovely photos, Jen; green fingers too no doubt! Don't throw out what's left of those swapcards...they could be valuable one day!
Oh lordy....I am a klutz too. LOL ---nah, I'm not calling you klutzy...I took a fall the other day---fully my fault. My stupidity. I won't even tell you about it. But bruises the size of Texas. LOL [and you know without asking, the only part of the body that could have a bruise that size is well.......]
Love the pink crepe myrtle...did you train it to twist like that? Beautiful. And I love roses, we both did a rose photo or two.
Happy Sunday
I'm sorry to hear about your fall. Hope the bruises will heal quickly.
Thanks for dropping by my site. It's always nice to meet new people through blogging.
Thanks for sharing all these beautiful photos. I can imagine how beautiful your garden is, filled with all these pretty flowers and plants.
Jeanette, you really have some pretty flowers in your backyard! I especially adore your roses... Hohoh, while we are in the middle of winter over here in Germany, your roses are blooming....
Thanks a lot for your idea to put a plant in my new cage. The "problem" is that I won't be able to hang it cage near a window. But guess what, I found two very pretty pink (plastic) birds in a garden store yesterday. I've alread put them inside it now, it looks much better! - Not yet perfect but much better..... ;-))
Jeanette,
your pots are a wonder to behold I am in or of the Jade wish mine was even half the size looks like cutting back is the trick.
Nasty having a fall....remember that next time you slip into a hole......:o) seriously glad you are ok!
see you.
Lee-ann
Seeing your beautiful plants makes me long for summer so much!
Lovely garden! I just love those roses, aren't they just gorgeous.
Glad you didnt hurt yourself in your tumble. It can be quite scary!
Beautiful pics, Jeanette. Glad you're okay after your fall...it does give you a fright though when it happens.
Hi Jen -- That was a bad fall. Thanks for telling us you are ok.
I still think maybe though that Gwen's picture is staged.
Otherwise she is pretty fast on the camera shutter.
..
I also meant to mention that your garden pictures are the greatest! Thanks for putting them on for us.
..
A Fall???? .... Always the last to know...
We are going to have to put a restraining order on the brandy.... LOL
Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about your fall.....I have done that too, and luckly the only thing hurt was a pride.....it's quite embarrassing...... Your pictures are gorgeous.....I love all, but the cactus is breath taking....I love flowers.....I just can't wait until spring....we are getting a big snow storm tomorrow and Wed. so I'm realllllllly ready..... nice post......judy
HI Jim. Gwens Pic was for real.after they ask was I alright they then ask can we take pic while your down.then they helped me up..
Hi Jan ~~ Glad the fall was no worse. They were a bit unkind making you wait for a photo before helping you up. You were lucky they were there though. Most of my falls have been when I am on my own, down the street and one in the front garden. had fun getting up which invoved crawling!!
Your flowers are beautiful, and I hadn't seen the Jessica rose. Nice.
Thanks for your comments and e mails you send.Take better care, Love, Merle.
Hi Jen!
You just missed me posting the photo of hubby's new mermaid. As I was clicking 'publish post' --I saw your new comment.
I just love how that c. myrtle's trunk is growing. It make the garden that you have, lovely as it is---that 'twisty' trunk gives it a bit of the groomed 'oriental' flair that the Japanese gardens have.
So..........hmmm, you trim it back, do you? I have two deep pink c. myrtles and I love the flowering ---here the leaves turn golden/red in Autumn....they are gorgeous aren't they?
Happy day to you ---well, I imagine as I type here at 5 a.m. it's almost early evening there.
Dropping by again to wish you an Advance Happy Valentine's Day! Thanks for visiting earlier. Take care!
The Roses are magnificent. I have such bad luck with roses here in Florida
Glad you suffered no ill effects from the fall ... I just came from Gwen's (alphabetical order, you know), and saw the piccy !! Must have been fun, strawberry picking. Your garden looks fabulous. I wish I had pretty things in mine, but I am a very bad gardener ... my plants just die, or thrive from neglect !!
Take care, Meow
You are smelling the roses, I see...and lots of other beauties!
Hi Mate ..
The gardens looking great as always
see you soon xx
P.S. for Cazz thanks for the visit,
I finally got your Mum to drink more water, but I think she is starting to "RUST" Ha!Ha!xx
I'm pleased to hear you haven't injured yourself, having a fall can shake you up. You will have to watch out next time you go over there as there will no doubt be two holes now - one the dog dug and another where you landed! I like your lily, I'm now wondering if its scented? Bob.
What a fall you had- glad your not hurt. What is it they say?, 'Did you have a nice trip- see you next fall".
Beautiful flowers you have there- especially like the Pink Crepe Myrtle.
Take care :)x
Happy Birthday, Jen and Cazz.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

That naked lily is fabulous. I don't think I have seen one before.
My crape myrtles wont be blooming for four more months. I can hardly wait.
Hi Cazz ~~ Thanks for your comments
and I am relieved t have things fixed again. Sorry your husband has diabetes, but glad it is under control. I rarely get to the Craft market, but will see if I can this Sunday. Take care, Carol, Love, Merle. Did you and Mum have birthdays ?
Next time your dog is digging holes he also should close them as cats do ! Happy to hear that it didn't hurt you too much. The flowers are gorgious, I wish spring were already here !
Jeanette,
Thanks so much for dropping by leaving a comment on my Mother's china.
The pictures of your flowers are gorgeous! Roses and Hygrangeas are my favorites.
