Janice~
Hi, Jen. I always enjoy seeing your pictures of the countryside on your travels. It's so interesting to me to compare the scenery between your part of the world and mine.
Glad you had a nice visit with the girls and grandkids and Pauline, as well as Merle.
Have a great rest of your week!
Love and hugs,
Diane
What a difference between your and my pictures, the houses here in Italy are so special and cute. I mean at least here, lol !
Thanks very much for your birthday wishes, tonight I will have my trout ! Tomorrow we drive back. Holidays are finished at least in Italy.

Beautiful countryside Jen! Just beautiful. Oh how I wish I could travel and then pop in on you and Merle!
You have some terrific grandkids...they're all so adorable.
Sounds like you had a lovely time catching up with family, Jen. That's a nice photo of you and Merle, too.
Looks like you had lovely weather, by the photos...blue skies and all.
Have a lovely weekend.
Hi Jen, Lovely pics, you look to be having a good time! Wish I could join you for a brandy or two!
Glad to know you had a nice trip with your family. Visiting a dear friend is something worthwhile.
Looks like the kids had fun too. I love the photo of Kara hugging Penny. That looks like a cool race game that the boys are playing.
Hello Jen,
What a hoot! I've enjoyed my walk about~your blog is awesome! I am still smiling at some of your jokes! Thank you for visiting and your beautiful comments. I look forward to more walk abouts :).
Have a wonderful day!
Kathi :)
I always love following along on your trips and seeing your family. I must confess though that I have no idea how to pronounce most of the places you mention.
Just look at that blue sky. Only in Australia, eh! Your photos make me want to drive up north this weekend (but the forecast is for rain, so I won't).
It's been years since we've been that far out of Melbourne on the roads. Ken and I used to spend every weekend 'getting out of Melbourne' 30 years ago, but the cost of petrol has put a kybah on that these days...
I never tire of looking at your photos and following you when you go on one of your jaunts... I live through you when you go on these - just so I can see the countryside of home... besides, I love roadtrips... guess I am feeling a little homesick... thank you for your nice comment on my site... take care
