Penny's Big Week

Tonight sharing a few photo's of Penny's big week

Before her Bath
All Fluffy After her bath.A few days later with a wet chin, after her dinner I decided was time to get Penny groomed, the call was made and 2 days later Jesse picked her up then bought her home again after being groomed
The result: A little short but it will grow back very quickly.
Sound asleep after her trip to the Vet for operation to repair a Hernia and also to have her Spayed, the bruising showed up straight away.
Still sleeping of the Anaesthetic
Still very sleepy but back in bed for the night.
Today every time I go past Penny or she sees me she whimpers and wants to get picked up .
I had just taken her outside and here she is at my legs begging to be picked up, and of course I picked her up for a cuddle and carried back her inside..
Hope you have enjoyed these photo's of penny.
Cheers \_/ \_/ \_/

G'Day,g'day how are you're going yourself? Thanks for the visit! I bought a CD of Slim Dusty with among other songs " G'Day, G'Day" on it. So you're also an Aussi like my daughter's children. She has the Australian nationality, but is Dutch of course. All the same...She is happy in Australia.

Hi Jeanette, As you know I love dogs so I loved your pics very much. I'm sure it would be hard to resist picking her up everytime she asked. I'm trying to write this without Tommy seeing your post as I don't want him getting any fancy ideas about being picked up. Better go as he keeps looking this way, its funny how they always know when you're up to something LOL! Bob.

Hi Jen. Sorry haven't been here for a while.

Thank you for sharing Penny's photos. I love how she looks after her bath. So fluffy and 'huggable'.

She looks so peaceful in her sleep. I love her cute blanket.

Hope she's recuperating well from her operation.

Hi Jen,

She is a darling little doggy. Today's post was for dog lovers and I'm one. I hope Penny is feeling better today. They bounce back a lot faster than we do after we've been spayed;)..

Have a nice week-end.

Ann

Oh, look at those eyes...all full of bewilderment at what's been happening. Poor little Penny. Still, it's better for her that she's speyed and at least you're a responsible pet owner, Jen.

She does look so pretty after her bath and I think her haircut is cute and much cooler for the hot weather, too.

Get better soon, Penny.

Dear Jan ~~ Penny is so cute and has had a busy week with lots happening, no
wonder she is a little sad eyed. Hope she soon bounces back to full health.
I hope you had a good day at Barooga,
but bet you were tired after it. Thanks for your comments. Glad you liked the Reflections ~ I guess we are heading for the Winter of our lives. Or at least
late autumn, but hang on in there.
Take care dear friend, Love, Merle.

Hi Jen. Precious dog! We used to have a Lhasa Apso who was the biggest baby!He only had to visit the vet a couple of times. One was when a neighbor's dog attacked him, but the last he didn't get to come home. He had to be put down. He had a large tumor in his belly:( He also enjoyed being held or lying on the bed or just your lap.
Hope she heals soon.

Hi Jeanette, that Penny is soooo cute! She is sounding a lot like our Katrin.
We are recovering nicely after our storm (Ike). Thank you for checking on me. A lot aren't recovering much, they lost so much.
The Houston area is almost 60% up with electricity now, Galveston and on east will have a terrible time.
Cheers,
..

Hi there,
Penny is a little beauty, is she a Shitzu?
Have you seen my little cutie? His name is Bobby and he's about 14yrs old. I've only had him for about 5 months, he was in such a state, all matted up ans smelly! he runs off with one of my slippers when I come home...I thought they were supposed to FETCH your slippers, LOL!

Ohhhhh, such a sweetie. I wish I could pick Penny up for a cuddle myself! She has the most expressive little face. When my Maggie got spayed, her belly looked terrible too. But now, six months later, the scar is invisible.
